Location is incredible and super staff made my stay quite comfortable. Location just off - the centre and all the attractions.

Staff and location are great, I enjoyed staying here. The hotel is in a pretty quiet area. What's more, getting to city centre on foot takes about 15 mins.

I booked tradition queen room and everything was first-class. Magnificent view, a nice balcony, nice bed, too. Truly impeccable service, as the staff were chearful. Nice pool area too. Super location, walking distance to de grey rooms and attached gates event venue.

Everything was very good, including location and staff, its excellent wi-fi. Croissants, fruit, cereal and coffee for breakfast were the BOMB. Early check in and late check out;)))

Had a great stay here. The room was new-fashioned, they served savoury breakfast and there was outstanding staff. Ideal location, not very far from clifford's tower. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. Reasonably priced hotel with a brilliant service.

We liked this place, it has ideal staff and location. Food was reasonably priced. Found in a very quite area. The property was beautiful and we had an absolutely amazing stay.

Breakfast was really good and the staff were LOYAL. Hotel was really close to such places as rowntree park. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like The Minster Inn that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Cannot find any fault.
